So how do you do it dMp? I used GIMP and set the gap so it looked proper then began painting in the missing colors. I imagine there are many different ways of achieving the same end but I'm wondering how others go about doing the same thing, what their methods are. It's not like there are tutorials about doing stuff like this or removing words from scans. At least I haven't found any. One site I go to is called GIMP Talk. They have tutorials but not for things like this.

Hi there. ^_^ Thanks for the comments and fave on my scan. Yeah in some of the other ones you can see the big poster showing through. There's legs in the sky Sorry about that. I couldn't really edit them out. And I have no idea why the palm tree is growing out of the water. I didn't get that either.

Same options ... I think it's the paper or how it's printed that makes the difference. Some of my other scans are the same, others look like the P-Mate ones. I suppose the only option is to learn photoshop. Thanks for the fav on Kazuki's Future
